Winch Spooling Shaft

Winch spooling shaft is an important part of winch spooling device. Winch spooling device is a chain driven device specifically designed to ensure wire rope correct evenly spooling onto the winch drum.

There is not a standard range of this shaft type as all designs are manufactured to meet the customer's individual specification.

The material is ASTM 4140 and HB 240-270 or according to the customer’s individual specification.

The length is less than 5000mm and the diameter is less than 300mm.

If the customer provides the distance between two flanges of winch drum and the diameter of rope and the diameter of spooling shaft to us, we can design the pawl travel distance, pitch, turns, under-cut, drive ratio of chain transmission for the customer. Besides the standard pitches we can also process many non-standard pitches to meet the design requirements.
