Winch Spooling Guide Block

Winch spooling guide block is an important part of winch spooling device. Winch spooling device is a chain driven device specifically designed to ensure wire rope correct evenly spooling onto the winch drum.

There is not a standard range of this guide block type as all designs are manufactured to meet the customer's individual specification.

The material is C95500 or according to the customer’s individual specification.

We can also design and make the spooling pawls for you. The pawl will be designed and made according to the reverse groove of spooling shaft. The pawls that we made will fit the spooling shaft well and will not need to be manual dressed and grinded when you assemble the winch.
